Terms and Conditions for Pelnora Jewellers MLM Platform

Welcome to Pelnora Jewellers. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and all services provided through our multi-level marketing (MLM) platform.

By registering, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Pelnora Jewellers.
• "User", "You", or "Member" refers to any person registering or using our MLM platform.
• "Sponsor" refers to a user who refers another user.
• "Downline" refers to users registered under a sponsor in the MLM network.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old
• A resident of India or a country where MLM participation is legal
• Possessing valid KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.)

Accounts registered using false information or by underage individuals will be terminated without notice.

3. Registration & KYC

To participate in our MLM program, you must:

• Provide accurate personal and bank details
• Upload KYC documents for identity verification
• Accept our Privacy Policy and these Terms

We reserve the right to verify or reject applications that are incomplete or suspicious.

4. Package Purchase

• You must purchase a starter package to activate your account.
• Auto pool and other higher-tier plans are optional.
• No refund is provided once a package is activated. If you don't want to continue, you always have the option to contact the admin or management team — they are always there to help you.
• Pelnora Jewellers does not guarantee income or return on investment.

5. Wallet & Withdrawals

• Income (if any) is credited to your internal wallet.
• Minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing fees may apply.
• Withdrawals are processed within 3–7 business days.
• You are responsible for providing accurate bank or UPI details.

6. Taxes & Legal Compliance

• Users are responsible for paying any applicable income tax or GST on their earnings.
• TDS may be deducted as per Indian tax regulations.
• We provide income reports to assist you with tax filing, where applicable.

7. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Not misrepresent the opportunity as an investment or get-rich-quick scheme
• Not spam, mislead, or coerce anyone into joining
• Not impersonate or use multiple/fake accounts
• Follow all rules, updates, and official company communications

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You provide false or misleading information
• You breach these Terms or misuse the platform
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities

In such cases, any unpaid earnings may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including logos, text, software, and media — belongs to Pelnora Jewellers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding your earnings or success in the MLM program. You agree that:

• Your results depend on your own efforts and network performance
• Pelnora Jewellers is not liable for business losses, loss of income, or damages from use of the platform
• Services are provided "as is" and "as available"

11. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website/app. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
